Greetings,

One of Jesus’ apostles has been called “Doubting Thomas.” Do you know why?

John 20:24-25 (NKJV) – “Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. [25] The other disciples therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." So he said to them, "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe."

All that Thomas did was miss one church service. And wouldn’t you know, that’s when Jesus showed up! Thomas thought the other disciples were joking when they told him what had happened. You never know what you’ll miss when you’re not in church!

Thomas told the other disciples, “I’ll have to see proof before I believe!” A few days later when he was with the other disciples, Jesus appeared. Thomas was now convinced that Christ had risen, but the name “Doubting Thomas” stuck.

Lord, I want to be a believer. I don’t want to demand proof that I belong to You. Help me to believe and trust you, even when I cannot visibly see You working in my favor.

Today, I’m worshiping with Steffany Gretzinger and “Endless Alleluia.”

Greetings,

When Christ came to earth as the second Adam, He came to reverse all the damage and pain the first Adam had brought upon the human race. He made a way to free us from sin and its consequences.

Romans 5:18-19 (NKJV) – “Therefore, as through one man's offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. [19] For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous.”

When Adam sinned, the judgment of death was passed down to the entire human race as a part of DNA. But because of the spotless life and sacrificial death of our Savior, victory and eternal life are now available for all who believe in Him.

My Jesus, I thank You for dying for me. Because of what You did, I want to live for You with all of my heart. You have set me free. You are my Savior and I praise You!

Greetings,

If you allow your eyes and thoughts to be drawn away from God to what those who do not know Him are doing instead, you can be deceived.

Psalm 73:2-3 (NKJV) – “But as for me, my feet had almost stumbled; My steps had nearly slipped. [3] For I was envious of the boastful, When I saw the prosperity of the wicked.”

The writer of this psalm had become so envious of the prosperity of the wicked, he almost fell. Thankfully, he kept holding on to God. But as he continued to observe, he realized there was no reason to be jealous of those who do not know our Father. While attending church one day, God showed him the destiny of the ungodly:

Psalm 73:17 (NKJV) – “Until I went into the sanctuary of God; Then I understood their end.”

Father, help me to always keep my gaze fixed on You and to never envy those who are boastful and proud. Thank You for keeping me from falling into that trap of the enemy!

Greetings,

Do you know what God’s purpose is for your life? What about the other members of your family? This vision should be clear and plain to all of you.

Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV) - “Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.”

You matter so much to God, that He has designed an incredible plan for you. He created you for a reason. How do I know this? Because He never creates anything that has no value or purpose. Seek Him until you know why you were placed on this earth—and then get busy doing it! Teach your family to do the same. The best way to find true fulfillment, inner joy, and peace is to be doing what God created you to do.

Father God, I thank You that I was created and wonderfully made, just a little lower than the angels. Since You sent me into this world for a reason that is divine, help me to discover Your assignment for my life. I want to be used by You!
