Greetings,
Have you ever felt that you had just blown it big time? To make matters worse, guess who showed up immediately? The enemy! He came running to accuse you and declare that your fellowship with God would never be the same again. Know this one thing for sure: he is a liar! Read what the prophet had to say.
Micah 7:18-19 (NKJV) – “Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. [19] He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea.”
The God who created us knows that we are human. He delights in showing us mercy and compassion when we fail. Our Savior loves to forgive us and cast ALL our sins into the depths of the sea of His forgiveness. If He loved us when we were sinners who had no interest in Him, why would He stop caring now that we are His dear children?
Let’s learn to lean into God rather than away from Him, especially when your humanity shows through and you do something you wish you hadn’t.
Father, I thank You for having compassion on us in spite of all our flaws and weaknesses. You are a God of mercy and forgiveness. When we turn to You in repentance, You graciously forgive us. We praise you for allowing us to live without guilt or condemnation. We love You!

Greetings,
As a parent or grandparent, we should pray for our children every day. Our desire is for them to go farther in life and accomplish much more than we have. We hope that others will respect and admire their character and their achievements. Did you know that God hears these prayers and promises to fulfill them?
Isaiah 61:9 (NKJV) – “Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles, And their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowledge them, That they are the posterity whom the LORD has blessed."
Father, help my children and grandchildren to know and love You. Cause them to become men and women who pursue after You. Let their hearts be passionate toward You and love You with all of their heart. Allow others to see Your favor resting upon their lives because Your favor changes everything. Cause them to be blessed. Protect and surround them with Your Angels.

Greetings,
What happens when God doesn’t do things the way you expected Him to? How do you respond when you pray for a miracle, a healing, or a promotion—and it doesn’t come? Think about this scripture:
Hebrews 11:39 (NKJV) - “And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise.”
If they don’t receive the promises they’ve been waiting for when they expect them, some people believe that God has failed them. He hasn’t! What about these heroes of faith in Hebrews, chapter 11?
Hebrews 11:13 (NKJV) – “THESE ALL DIED IN FAITH, NOT HAVING RECEIVED THE PROMISES, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.”
They are called heroes of faith because they never doubted God’s faithfulness, even when things didn’t go the way they had hoped. Rather, they continued to trust God, and to believe in Him and His goodness. This was Job’s commitment:
Job 13:15 (NKJV) – “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.”
Here’s a question that will help you measure your spiritual growth and development: can you continue to trust God and know that He is good, even when you DO NOT see the answers you were expecting?
Lord Jesus, help me to believe and trust You more. You are absolutely trustworthy for not even once have You ever failed Your people or let us down. Thank You for that kind of faithfulness to us. You are amazing!

Greetings,
Would you like to know one way to prove that God is on our side? Look at how we’ve made it through the many difficult situations that we shouldn’t have survived!
People think that if God’s favor is upon your life, it cancels all suffering or difficulty. But that’s not true at all! Having God’s favor doesn’t guarantee that you’ll never face challenges. What it does mean is that you will make it through them victoriously, even when the odds are stacked against you. Notice this scripture:
Psalm 41:11 (AMPC) – “By this I know that You favor and delight in me, because my enemy does not triumph over me.”
Did you see that? Proof of God’s favor and delight is that your enemies have not triumphed over you! You still have an enemy, in the person of the devil, and you will still face opposition, even when you have the favor of God upon your life. But if you can praise God for victory that is coming, even though it hasn’t gotten here yet, you will be victorious. Why? You have favor! So, rejoice today—no matter what you’re going through. When God is on your side, you WILL prevail.
Jesus, thank You for favor that surrounds me like a wraparound shield. My enemy can’t get near to harm me or my family. Today my health, finances, and my relationships are protected. I have favor in all I do, in Jesus Name!
