Greetings,
We read In 1 Peter 4:12-13(NKJV) - “Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; [13] but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.”
Have you ever felt like the temperature around you just got hotter? Does it seem as though everything that could go wrong has? If not right now, I’m sure that we all have experienced this at times. The good news is, it doesn’t mean that God has forsaken us. Rather we have been given an opportunity to share in His sufferings and give Him glory. God is with us.
If you’ll take your stand for God, He will show up for you! Let’s learn to rejoice— even when we’re suffering. He gladly and willingly suffered for us.
Father, I pray that You will look upon us any time we are in a season of fiery trials. We exalt You, for You are worthy of our devotion, both in the good times and the bad. Cover Your people, our nation, and our world. Help us remember that we are not alone, and that You will remain with us—even when the heat is on!
Today, I’m worshiping with Hillsong United and “Another in the Fire.”

Greetings,
Have you noticed how the Spirit of God is calling with greater intensity? Christ has been knocking at the doors of our hearts. Will we hear and open to Him? We can either go back to the way things were before, or we can choose to pursue God with fresh passion and fervor.
Revelation 3:20 (NKJV) Behold I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with me.
Father God, send the Fire of the Holy Spirit to burn in the hearts of Your people again. Cause us to hunger for You. Help us be devoted to You and to live our lives as we are taught in Your Word. Revive Your church and renew us. Breathe Your life into all that we do. We need You!

Greetings,
Do you enjoy giving God thanks for what He has already done for us? Thanksgiving is an important part of our devotional life.
Gratitude is also a key to receiving even more of God’s generous blessings! We shouldn’t be like Israel who never seemed to learn this lesson. God delivered them from slavery, and brought them through the Red Sea—as if it was a paved highway, fed them manna from heaven, and supernaturally cared for them for 40 years in one of the most inhospitable places on earth. Yet, time and time again, they continued to complain until God finally said,
Deuteronomy 32:18 (NKJV) - “Of the Rock who begot you, you are unmindful, And have forgotten the God who fathered you.”
Had they been thankful, can you imagine how many additional blessings God would have showered upon them?
Father, I am thankful for all of Your many blessings! You have blessed me in ways too numerous to count. I could never thank You enough just for saving me. I couldn’t possibly save myself. You have protected and sustained me. Thank You!

Greetings,
Learning to trust in God is always rewarding. After all, who is more deserving of our trust? Leaders? Economists? Politicians? Would we rather trust ourselves and our own intellect? God has promised to take care of us and will always be faithful to those who seek Him. He will never let us down.
Look at what the Bible says about King Hezekiah:
2 Kings 18:5-7 (NKJV) – “He trusted in the LORD God of Israel. [6] For he held fast to the LORD; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses. [7] The Lord was with him; he prospered wherever he went.”
God causes those who trust in Him to prosper! Leaders, financial gurus, and politicians all let us down. God never will.
Father, help me trust You more. I look to You, my God. You’ve always proven to be deserving of my confidence. Use the setback of the enemy to be a setup bless me and Your Kingdom. Stir my heart to a greater love and passion for You! I declare Your faithfulness.
Today, I’m worshiping with Austin Stone Worship and “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.”
