Greetings,
Every part of the Word of God is written to each of us. But have you ever noticed how God can make certain passages of scripture seem to “come alive?” It is as though He is speaking directly to our hearts and giving us the very thing we need to hear at that moment. That’s because He knows all there is to know about us and understands exactly what our needs are at every moment.
Psalm 139:1 (NKJV): “O LORD, You have searched me and known me,”
Psalm 139:16 (NKJV): “Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.”
God knows your name and everything that’s happening in your life. When you prayerfully read His Word, God will illuminate certain passages and give you the very message you need to hear at that moment.
That’s what happened to the two disciples who were walking with Jesus on the road to Emmaus. They needed a Word from God in order to make sense of all that was happening around them. He caused their hearts to burn with the fire of the Holy Spirit as He spoke to them.
Luke 24:32 (NKJV) - "Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?"
Dear God, open Your Word to us today. Speak to our hearts as You did to Your disciples on that dusty road long ago. Give us this day “our daily bread.” Cause our hearts to be set on fire within us! Give us the direction we need.

Greetings,
Would you ever want to do something that could ultimately harm one of your children? Of course not! Neither would our Heavenly Father. For Him to do such a thing would cause us to question His character and His amazing love for us.
Romans 8:28 (NKJV) – “And we know that ALL things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Did you catch that? ALL things—and that literally means ALL! The Greek Word for ‘all’ is pas. Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance tells us that means: “each, every, any, all, the whole, everyone, all things, everything”—with no exceptions. That pretty much covers anything we will ever face, even our present dilemma!
Be at peace, beloved. Though we cannot understand how God could possibly make everything turn into something good, trust me …. He can and will!
Lord, as the song goes “You are a good, good Father! It’s who You are.” You love us more than we could ever know or understand. I am grateful that You are at work our lives to make this a day of victory and blessing for us. You are amazing!
Today, I’m worshiping with the Binions and “All Things.”

Greetings,
We were created to worship God. Worship exalts and lifts our Lord high. Since scripture declares that He dwells in the midst of our praises, we enthrone God in our worship. We are giving Him a place to dwell.
If you stop and think about it, worry is the opposite of worship isn’t it? Worry will cause us to doubt God’s ability and His goodness.
When we worry rather than trust God, it is actually a form of idol worship that elevates the things about which we are concerned to a level higher than God. It enthrones our problems and the things we fear.
Worry also weakens the immune system. When that happens, we become more susceptible to illness. No wonder Jesus said in John 14:1- “Let not your hearts be troubled!”
Lord, today I cast all of my cares upon You. Your Word declares that You see everything that is happening in my life. Your eye is even upon the sparrow. Why should I worry or be stressed when You are watching over me? You even know the number of hairs on my head. Thank You are caring so much for me.

Greetings,
Sometimes, we just need a breakthrough! Whether it’s spiritual, financial, health, in our marriage, or for our kids, we need God to show up and do what only He can do. Could this be one of those times for you? You are not alone. We all face them because we live in a fallen world.
The writer of this psalm felt that way, too!
Psalm 144:5 (TPT) - “Step down from heaven, Lord, and come down! Make the mountains melt at your touch. Loose your fiery lightning flashes and scatter your enemies. Overthrow them with your terrifying judgments. Reach down from your heavens and rescue me from this hell, and deliver me from these dark powers.”
One thing is certain: regular and consistent prayer works! Not only is it a deposit in your heavenly bank account that will ensure a breakthrough when the time is right, it will also give you strength to carry on UNTIL the breakthrough comes!
Lord, we ask You to step down from heaven and act on behalf of Your children! Overthrow the enemy forces of darkness. Rescue Your people, this nation, and our world from the dark powers of destruction! Thank You for hearing us today. In Jesus’ Name!
Today, I’m worshiping with Eddie James and “Breakthrough.”
