Greetings,
On Tuesday, Jesus went to the Mount of Olives and taught what is called the Olivet Discourse. During His teaching He foretold the coming destruction of Jerusalem, and gave us the signs portending the end. Israel was facing destruction because they had turned away from God. Instead of turning to the Lord in humble repentance, in only two more days they would crucify God’s Son. That’s pretty hard hearted isn’t it?
As evidence of how hardened they had become, the religious leaders were actually bargaining with one of Jesus’ disciples, Judas Iscariot, to betray Christ. They wanted to crucify Jesus and put Him to death. Imagine! The Lord of Glory, the creator of heaven and earth had come to seek and save His people but they rejected Him.
Isaiah 53:11, tells us, “He is despised and rejected by men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.”
Observation: Isn’t it strange how the adoring populace that welcomed Him on Sunday could go so quickly from worshiping Christ to rejecting Him? May God help our heart to always be steadfast for Him!
Lord, we love You for suffering rejection for us. Thank You for all that You went through on our behalf. Help us to never reject You or Your reign over us, but to rather welcome You fully into our hearts and lives. I am amazed that You would love us so much! We are saved because of Your mercy. Thank You.

Greetings,
As we enter the Holy Week, the week of our Lord’s passion, it would be good to remember what that means. Passion refers to pain. This is the week during which Christ suffered for us. He loved us so much that it hurt.
Today is called Holy Monday. It was the day that Jesus entered and cleansed the temple. He drove out the money changers who had set up shop right in the House of God that had been built as a place for worship and prayer.
Mark 11:17 (NKJV) Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations?’ But you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’”
We too were created as the temples of God. What have we allowed to enter the temple of our hearts that dishonors Him? Jesus wants to cleanse us and restore to us purity of purpose and sincere devotion, that we may be who God created us to be.
Cleanse me, oh God. Cleanse my heart and my mind, cleanse the words that I speak and restore me to the place that You can use me to do what I was created to do for You. Let my devotion for You be pure, holy and acceptable.

Greetings,
Today we celebrate Palm Sunday, the day that Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on the colt of a donkey. Adoring crowds welcomed Him and waved palm branches in the air, casting their coats upon the ground to pave the way for Him and shouting praises.
Matthew 21:9-10 (NKJV) “Tell the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold your king is coming to you, Lowly, and sitting on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.” [9] Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Hosanna in the highest!” [10] And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?”
Jesus had been to Jerusalem before, but this time something different happened. The multitudes received Him in worship as Israel’s promised king who would come, the One who would fulfill the prophecies about the coming Messiah, the One who would reign as the Son of David. Their worship and excitement caused the entire city to begin to ask of Christ, “Who is this?”
When we worship and give Jesus the praise that He deserves, it draws attention to our Lord. According to Psalm 34:3, our worship magnifies God in the sight of others. This week the whole world pauses to remember the Easter story. Let’s make this a worshipful week that Christ may be magnified in their sight.
Lord Jesus, I live to praise You. Let others see You high and lifted up in my worship. You are beautiful beyond description. I want the world to see Your glory.

Greetings,
Not only is our God very good, He is also incredibly generous! As we read in Psalm 68:19 (NKJV) – “Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah.”
Did you get that? He doesn’t ration His blessings. There is no limit of one per customer. Instead, He DAILY loads us with benefits—of every kind! We have been witnessing amazing miracles occur at Inspire.
Whether you need health and healing, peace and calm, salvation and deliverance, or promotion and fulfillment, when you trust God, He shows up with all kinds of blessings, and fills you up until your cup runs over.
Then He’ll do the same thing the next day, the next, and the next, and the next. You’ll even begin to wonder how long this will last. Then you’ll realize that He delights in blessing us and it isn’t meant to stop.
Lord, I thank You for being everything I need. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord Who Provides. When I am submitted to You, and I obey Your instructions, just as the Scripture declares, I have everything I need. You truly are more than enough.
