Greetings,

God cannot lie. Since His very nature is truth, it is impossible for Him to tell a lie. He is not only faithful, He cannot change. That means we can always trust and depend upon Him to keep His Word.

Titus 1:2 (NKJV) – “…in hope of eternal life which God, WHO CANNOT LIE, promised before time began.”

You can always depend upon Him. Our God is committed to keeping every promise He has ever made. At times, His promise may be delayed; but it is never denied. Keep believing, because it is still coming!

Thank You, Lord, for being so faithful. I can stand upon every Word You have ever spoken. You will always be my promise-keeping God!

Today, I’m worshiping with Fellowship Worship and “Is He Worthy.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!

Greetings,

Today, let’s examine ourselves. You know what I mean? Let’s work on our hearts, our attitudes, and our thoughts.

It has been quite a while since some of our members could attend the House of God and we understand their reasons for remaining at home. Even though we have online streaming—which has been such a blessing, it’s more like a decaffeinated version of church than the real thing. Right?

Things can begin to creep into our hearts. Wrong desires, negative thoughts and bad attitudes can prevail if they aren’t challenged by the Presence of our Mighty God.

2 Peter 3:14 (NKJV) – “Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;”

In our time of personal devotion, let’s work on correcting our attitudes and desires that are not Christ-like.

Father, help me to always keep You in my heart and mind. I want to be more like You.

Today, I’m worshiping with Shirley Caesar and the old song, “I’ve Got a Long Way to Go.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!

Greetings,

Sin demands justice and payment for our failures and mistakes. Yet, we read that God does not demand of us an eye for an eye, or a tooth for a tooth. All He asks is that we repent and ask Him to forgive us.

Psalm 103:10 (NKJV) – “He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities.”

God is so merciful to those who seek His forgiveness. He doesn’t punish us according to our iniquities. Rather, our sins were laid on the back of the sacrificial Lamb of God and He became sin for us. By taking our penalty upon Himself, He was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. Oh, happy day, when Jesus washed our sins away!

Lord, I thank You for Your forgiveness. Even though I don’t deserve it, You still cleanse and forgive me of all my sins. I will always love You, my Lord and Savior!

Today, I’m worshiping with Anthony Brown and the FBCG Choir and “Oh Happy Day.”

Greetings,

Did you know that God can turn your obstacles into open doors and your problems into promotions?

Isaiah 49:11 (NKJV) – “I will make each of My mountains a road, And My highways shall be elevated.”

That verse literally means that God will cause whatever is troubling you to become the very obstacle that will elevate you! Think about the young shepherd boy who was facing a mighty giant named Goliath. Because he didn’t run away or hide himself in fear, David was elevated before all Israel. By conquering his mountain, God turned that huge obstacle into an open door!

What giants are you facing right now? Is it a financial struggle or a family problem? While your situation may look impossible, wait and see what God will do. He can turn that problem into a promotion—if you’ll keep believing!

Thank You, God, for always fighting for me and for turning what was meant to be a stumbling block into a blessing and a huge success!

Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “Thank You.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
