Greetings,
God can open doors that none of us could ever open.
Revelation 3:8 (NKJV) - "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.”
An open door....what does that mean for you? Is it a financial door, a door to the right relationships, a door of ministry, or a door in your career that you need opened?
Unfortunately, the doors that we open often close again, but the doors that God opens remain open. No one can shut them!
Rather than just working harder to open a door that you need opened, why not ask God to do it for you? Of course, we must do our part and be prepared to act when He says it’s time to move.
Dear Jesus, there isn’t a door that exists for which You don’t have the key. I pray that You will open every door that should be opened in my life and keep those closed that should never be opened.
You always know what is best for me. I want to prepare my heart for what You are doing. Then when a door opens, I will be ready for every opportunity that You provide for me.

Greetings,
I thank God that He knows how to change us completely and for the better. This is a process that really works. How do I know? Because it’s what He did, and is still doing for me!
1 Corinthians 6:11 (NKJV) – “And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”
After speaking about the many wrong actions of unbelievers, Paul then adds: “and such were some of you.” But now we are washed in the blood, sanctified by the Spirit, and justified in the Name of Jesus! Aren’t you glad that God changed your life?
I was saved in only a moment; but the grace of God has continued to make profound changes in me since the day I was born again. That’s true of all believers.
Dear Lord, I thank You for saving me—and then never giving up on me. This process has taken a very long time; but because of Your patience and grace, each year I’m becoming a little more like You. I love You, Jesus!

Greetings,
Yes, God can become angry; but it doesn’t last long. On the other hand, His favor lasts for a lifetime!
Psalm 30:5 (NKJV) – “For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.”
How precious it is for God’s favor to rest upon us for our lifetimes—and then to be extended to our children and grandchildren! That’s what the Lord promised to Abraham, David and others! When we please God, He blesses us and our families.
Lord, I pray that Your favor will remain upon me all the days of my life, and then be upon my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren for as long as they live. Your favor causes things to happen that our time, effort, and connections could never achieve.
By Your Grace, help us to please You, that as long as we live in this world, we will continue to experience the great things that You have planned for us and for our offspring. I love You, Lord!

Greetings,
Abraham did not allow his faith to be shaken due to doubt or unbelief in spite of challenging circumstances.
Romans 4:20-22 (NKJV) – “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, [21] and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. [22] And therefore "it was accounted to him for righteousness."
Even though Abraham was a very old man and was married to a woman who was also up in years, he knew that if God made a promise, He would keep it—no matter the problems or circumstances, if we will only believe!
Abraham was strengthened by his faith. That’s what faith will do! Unbelief makes you weak, while faith makes you strong. Believing God’s promises is a choice. When we make the decision to believe, God counts it to us for righteousness. Now, how good is that!
Father God, I choose to believe Your promises. Help my faith grow stronger each day that I may be able to believe You for bigger and more important things. I want to believe for things that will bring You greater honor and glory.
