Greetings,

It is amazing that God would take the time to know and be in relationship with us, but He does! He is our Heavenly Father. God not only knows who we are, He knows us by name! Because He created us, He knows our human weaknesses and frailties. He fully understands that we were not made from gold or precious things. Rather He made us from dust, the single most worthless thing on earth. Yet God loves us deeply and passionately. We are intrinsically valuable to Him!

God also knows “whose” you are, and is proud to call you His own. Don’t listen to the enemy’s lies. You were created by God for His glory, and honor.

Isaiah 43:1 (NKJV) – “But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.”

Father, today I am grateful that you love me unconditionally with a love that never ends. I want to know You the way You know me. Teach me Your heart. Illuminate my path with the principles of Your Word that I may follow You and become more like You each day. Help me to love EVERYONE the way that You love me!

Today, I’m worshiping with Phil Thompson and “Light the Way.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!

Greetings,

There is no greater name than the name of Jesus! Paul said,

Philippians 2:9-11 (NKJV) - “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, [10] that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, [11] and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

At the Name of Jesus every knee should bow!  That not only includes those things that are in heaven, but those things on and under the earth. Just as all of heaven must bow, everything we will ever face must bow before the name of Jesus—including those things that were planned against us in the corridors of hell.

The authority of the name of Jesus is greater than that of all governments and institutions combined. So, let me ask, what seems impossible to you? Financial distress … an illness … a loved one who is far from God … racial harmony … the restoration of your family? Whatever it is, it must bow to the Name that’s above every name! When you pray, use the Name of Jesus. Hell will tremble as you do!

Father, in the Name of Jesus, we come to You, believing that Your Kingdom power will come with authority into our broken world. That Name is greater than any other and when it is spoken, everything stands at attention. Prayers are answered, battles are won, sickness is healed and oppression flees when the beautiful Name of Jesus is called! As Your child, I call upon You today.

Today, I’m worshiping with Hillsong and “What a Beautiful Name It Is.

Greetings,

If God has our problem or situation covered, why should we worry about it? A better option is to try and conduct our lives in the very best way, then trust Him to do what He has promised. Most of our stressful situations are the result of forgetting what God has promised to do for us. We worry about things He has already declared that He would fix.

Matthew 6:25-26 (NKJV) - "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? [26] Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”

If our Heavenly Father even cares for the birds, Jesus reminds us, “Are you not of more value to Him than these small creatures?” In other words, why wouldn’t He also take care of you. You are His child!

Jesus, I am blessed by what You promised people that day. Birds don’t even know how to pray. They don’t know a single thing about farming. Yet You constantly watch over and provide for them. They don’t worry or stress out either. Help me to learn a valuable lesson from the things that You created all around me, and trust You! You are the God I trust and will never let me down. I praise You!

Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “Jesus It Is You.”

Greetings,

In today’s world, the ability to give honor has almost totally disappeared. People don’t just disagree with one another, they become so angry they hate anyone who does not share their point of view and often attack their character. They know little about honoring other human beings who have been created in the image and likeness of God. Yet, every promotion we long for is linked to our ability to give honor.

Matthew 10:41-42 (NKJV) – “He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. [42] And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward."

If you receive a prophet as a prophet, you will receive a prophet’s reward. But aince a prophet is also a righteous man, you could also fail to honor him as a prophet and only receive him as a righteous man. The problem is that if you do, you will only receive a righteous man’s reward.

Of course, a prophet is also a disciple. You could further underestimate him by not receiving him as a prophet ora righteous man but only as a disciple. Even then an act as small as giving a disciple a cup of water, will guarantee that you receive a reward. God will repay you for your kindness. However your reward gets smaller as the honor you show becomes less.

The greater the honor you show, the greater your reward. Discernment matters.  As you can see, our rewards are dependent upon the measure of honor we give to others.

Jesus honored His disciples and demonstrated what He considered to be their true worth by kneeling and washing their feet. How well and how often do we honor each other?

Dear Lord, help me to have the discernment I need to see the value You find in people. Let me honor and show them respect. Help me to add value to their lives. Jesus, that’s what You did when we were sinners. You died for us. That’s the ultimate demonstration of honor.

Today, I’m worshiping with Worship Mob and “All Hail King Jesus.”
