Greetings,

How many victories have we taken the credit for, that were actually won by God?

Psalm 44:3 (NKJV) – “For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because You favored them.”

The psalmist acknowledges that Israel was not victorious over their enemies because their armies were so powerful. It was of the Lord who was always showing them favor.

How many times have we imagined that we were victorious because of our unique insight, intelligence, correct choices, wit, skill, or special ability? Time and time again, God has saved us in situations when we took all the credit!

Father God, I thank You for the many times You have stepped in and rescued me when I was totally unaware of what was happening. How surprised we will be in heaven when we discover how often Your grace was covering us. Oh, how I thank You!

Today, I’m worshiping with Kevin Jones and “Let Revival Come.”

Greetings,

Because our God is the Lord of the Harvest, we know He can turn seasons of loss into seasons of accelerated increase. Look at this promise.

Amos 9:13 (NKJV) - "Behold, the days are coming," says the LORD, "When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; The mountains shall drip with sweet wine, And all the hills shall flow with it.”

God’s Word declared that days were coming when the harvest would be so abundant that before one harvest could end, another season of blessing and harvest would begin. What is so amazing about this promise is that it was given during a time when Israel desperately needed hope. They had been living in rebellion.

Not only did God promise forgiveness but He also assured them they would experience accelerated harvests instead of dire need!

I thank You, my Lord, for Your forgiveness—even when our hearts are cold and indifferent toward You. Thank You for stirring the fire of Your Holy Spirit within our hearts. Thank You for promising to give us accelerated seasons of blessing even after terrible times of loss. I love You!

Today, I’m worshiping with Todd Galberth and “Prayer.”

Greetings,

How fervent is your desire for God? Are you affected when those near you are not passionately serving Him? Or is your commitment so unshakeable, that you’ll continue to steadfastly pursue the Lord—even if others are not true to Him?

Hosea 11:12 (NKJV) - "Ephraim has encircled Me with lies, And the house of Israel with deceit; But Judah STILL walks with God, Even with the Holy One who is faithful.”

Ephraim and Israel both faltered in their commitment to God; but Judah remained unshaken in their commitment to Him. Some people are like a thermometer; they merely reflect the temperature around them, while others are like a thermostat. They elevate the temperature of their surroundings to what it should be. Let’s burn so fervently for God that others catch on fire too!

Lord, let my commitment to You always be unshakable and resolute, regardless of what others might say or do. May my heart always be filled with a desire for more of You and Your Word.

Today, I’m worshiping with Joshua Aaron and “You Are Holy.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
