Greetings,
Trusting God has many benefits. You’ll find that He not only cares for His own, but He will always be faithful to those who trust in Him. He will never fail you!
This is what the Bible says about King Hezekiah:
2 Kings 18:5-7 (NKJV) – “He trusted in the LORD God of Israel. [6] For he held fast to the LORD; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses. [7] The Lord was with him; he prospered wherever he went.”
Everyone wants to prosper. We want our relationships, our families, careers, health and even our finances to prosper. The secret to prosperity to is to have God walk through life with you. God will always cause those who trust and abide in Him to prosper!
Father, help us trust You more. Help us abide continually in You. We look to You because are worthy of the faith that we have placed in You. Keep us safe. Use what the enemy meant for harm to be a blessing. Oh Lord, awaken our hearts and fill us with a greater love and passion for You!

Greetings,
Have you learned the benefit of just becoming still when the pressures of life become unbearable? Our usual tendency is to get busy so we can forget about our problems. When our lives are stressed, we go shopping, to the gym, eat, visit with friends, etc.
The trouble with being so busy is that it squeezes thoughts about our Heavenly Father out of minds too. God wants us to learn to be still and remain focused on Him. His peace is experienced when He is allowed to be the center of our lives. When that happens, genuine joy can be found in spite of any situation.
Psalm 46:10-11 (NKJV) – “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! [11] The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah”
“Selah” is thought to be the desert city of Petra located midway on an important caravan trading route in the Middle East. As traders traveled through the vast desert, thirsty, worn, and exhausted, they would stop at Selah and rest before resuming their journey. So Selah means: stop and think about how you’ve made it this far, and then regain your strength for the remainder of the journey.
Be still and know that the Lord, He is God. When you do, He will strengthen you for the rest of your journey!
Father, I never want to confuse busyness with achievement. I want to spend time with You. You are the refreshing oasis in the middle of the deserts that we often encounter in this life. You are the well of life-giving water that satisfies us like nothing else can. I love you!

Greetings,
The media learned long ago that “bad news” sells.
According to the old joke, a man was standing on a bridge getting ready to jump. After a passerby called 911, a policeman came and told the man, “Don’t jump. It can’t be that bad. I’ll tell you my problems and then you tell me yours.“ The man told the policeman his problems and the policeman told the man his. Then they both jumped.
Focusing on the negatives in our lives has a detrimental affect on us. It can rob us of hope and increase stress—which can weaken our immune systems. But focusing on positive things in or lives helps us. God wants to change our thinking. Let’s begin to notice the many blessings that He has bestowed upon each of us. When we allow that to happen, it gives us the power to change our circumstances!
Philippians 4:8 (NKJV) – “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things.”
Heavenly Father, help us not to worry and dwell about the things that we cannot control. Instead, teach us to trust in Your goodness, for You are a GOOD GOD! I claim Your covering and protection over all of our families. In Jesus’ Name!

Greetings,
We read in Psalm 145:9 (NKJV):“The LORD is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works.”
How do we know that God is good to us? We often take His goodness for granted. It’s only when we stop and think of all the good things in our lives that we realize those things have a Source. They didn’t happen because we were so much wiser or better than others.
Another way to not overlook the goodness of God is to realize how His Grace always carries us through every crisis. This too proves His great love for us. You and I have survived it! We are still here. For God to guide and protect us during such turbulent times is truly amazing! He really does deserve our very highest praise!
May God smile upon you and continually give you His grace and favor. May He keep you by His great power and grant you His everlasting mercies!
Lord, You really are a GOOD God! I thank You that You have been so good to me. Even when I don’t deserve it and even though I may not always see it, goodness and mercy are chasing after me. I praise You for it!
