Greetings,

The words of the old song, “Amazing Grace” says it really well: …”through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come.”

Have you stopped to think of all that you have successfully gone through, and how all the while you were facing it, the enemy was saying that you would not survive? But you’ve made it thus far. God’s amazing grace has brought us through situations and battles that the enemy thought would surely destroy us. But we‘re still standing! The enemy is a liar and a loser—and we win!

Psalm 129:2 (NKJV) - "Many a time they have afflicted me from my youth; Yet they have not prevailed against me.”

God has never allowed the enemy to defeat us and He never will. He will always cover and protect us—even when we don’t realize He is there. Oh, how good our God is to His people!

Thank You for protection and grace, Lord. Thank you unfailing kindness. You are faithful like no other. I have learned that I truly can rely upon You. You are my Rock and my Strength!

Today, I’m worshiping with Donnie McClurkin and “Great Is Your Mercy.”

Greetings,

If we are considering a job, its always good to know that it has good benefits. Have you realized there are many tremendous benefits for those who serve God?

Psalm 103:2-3 (NKJV) – “Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: [3] Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.”

God’s fantastic benefits are not only enjoyed in this life, but throughout eternity. He freely blesses us with food, clothing, and finances while we are here; but most importantly, He forgives us when we sin. He even heals us when we’re sick. In the ages to come, He has provided a place where there will be no sickness or the many causes and effects of sin.

Thank You, Jesus, for ALL You’ve done for me. As the old song goes, “You’ve done so much for me, I cannot tell it all.” So, I want to thank You! Teach me to focus on the many benefits that You have bestowed upon me in Your love and grace.

Today, I’m worshiping with Travis Greene and “Nothing But the Blood.”

Greetings,

Did you know the Bible says we should be anxious for nothing? That would include COVID-19, hurricanes, the loss of a job, relationships, finances, our health or any other problem we may face. God wants us to abide in His peace.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV) – “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; [7] and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

If we will praise God for: (1) what He has already done, (2) what He is doing right now that can’t be seen, and (3) what He’s going to do for us in the future, His peace will guard our hearts and minds!  This is the attitude He wants us to have when we submit our requests to Him. He will guard our hearts and minds when we come to Him in faith and not in fear, which is a form of doubt.

Thank You Jesus, for all You’ve already done for me, and what You’re going to do in the future. You have it all under control, and I trust You! Why should I be anxious and concerned? My past is forgiven, my present is certain and my future is secured in You. I am grateful beyond words.

Greetings,

Did you know that “from the beginning,” you were chosen by God? Let those words sink into your heart: He CHOSE you! Before you were ever created, He considered you to be precious in His sight. He chose to give us salvation.

2 Thessalonians 2:13 (NKJV) – “But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.”

Had He not chosen us, we would still be lost and without His salvation. God gave us an opportunity to accept and believe the truth of the Gospel. He sanctified and made us pure by washing away our sins with the blood of Christ. Why would He do such a thing? The answer is simple: God loves us.

Thank You for loving and caring for me before I ever knew You. I will praise You forever for saving me. You were arranging my salvation before I was even interested in hearing about You. Oh, what a wonderful God You are!

Today, I’m worshiping with William Murphy and “Make Me Righteous.”
