Greetings,
God gave Joseph dreams that declared and revealed his destiny. But until his appointed time came, he was tested. His tests came in the form of things that were the exact opposite of what he was expecting to see take place, especially after having receiving dreams from God!
Psalm 105:19 (NKJV) – “Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the LORD tested him.”
If there seems to be a huge discrepancy between where you are now and the dreams God that has given you about your life, it doesn’t mean you didn’t clearly hear His voice. Nor does it mean that you have displeased Him. The promises and dreams from God were meant for you. You are being tested.
Tests actually help us become successful. We might not like them but we do benefit from experiencing them. They prepare us. Can you withstand the pressures that will come against you when your dreams become a reality?
Father, help me to stand with a confidence in You that is unshakeable and strong. Give me grace to live with abiding peace and calmness when the pressure is ratcheted up in my life. My strength comes from You. I want to be an instrument that brings You glory and honor!

Greetings,
Do you remember when God found you and saved you? Some of us were in desperate situations and in need of immediate rescue. We were lost and perishing. Look at what God did:
Ezekiel 16:5-6 (NKJV) – “No eye pitied you, to do any of these things for you, to have compassion on you; but you were thrown out into the open field, when you yourself were loathed on the day you were born. [6] "And when I passed by you and saw you struggling in your own blood, I said to you in your blood, 'Live!' Yes, I said to you in your blood, 'Live!'
After the world had used and discarded us, God passed by. When we were struggling to survive, He said, “LIVE!” Ever since that day, we have been alive in Him. Oh, bless His Name!
Thank You, Lord, for speaking life into me when I was dead in trespasses and sins. You set me free from what had me bound. Thank You for saying to me, “LIVE!” You are breathing divine life into all that I do. My world has been changed because You are so good. Thank You for giving me life and that more abundantly!

Greetings,
When Adam and Eve sinned, they hid themselves from the Lord. Mankind has been doing the same thing ever since. We try to hide our weaknesses and failures from one another, and from God.
Every believer’s goal should be to do just the opposite. Our Heavenly Father wants us to be open and transparent with Him. It is to our own detriment when we try to hide our wrongs. After all, God sees it all anyway—and still loves us!
Proverbs 28:13 (NKJV) – “He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.”
When we confess and forsake our sins and imperfections, God covers us with His mercy and grace. But if we try to hide our sins, we can’t prosper.
Father, I come to You openly admitting my imperfections and failures. Forgive me where I have sinned. Keep me covered by the precious blood of the Lamb. Help me to become more like You. Thank You for loving me the way You do, with a love that is accepting and eternal.
Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “That’s Why, God.”

Greetings,
Living in a broken world that’s filled with so much injustice can harden us. It’s so easy when we’ve been wounded and betrayed by those we love, to throw up walls around our hearts. Of course, those who hurt us are also victims of this broken, sin-scarred world. But listen to what God said:
Ezekiel 11:19-20 (NKJV) – “Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, [20] that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God.”
God has promised to replace our heart of stone with a heart that’s tender toward Him and others. One of His greatest acts of grace is to make us ‘care’ again.
Father, soften our hearts. Help us to care about Your feelings and the many times we have sinned against You and those we love. We ask You to give us a heart that is tender and innocent, and to put a new spirit within us so we can truly be ‘Your’ people. Help us to give and receive love with open hearts.
