Greetings,
Have you recently thanked God for His Word? If it were not for the Bible, we would be lost in a dark world without any light to illuminate the way. We would be like a ship at sea in the middle of a terrible storm, without an anchor to hold us fast. God’s Word provides a tremendous source of direction and hope. We must never allow anyone to tell us that the Bible is just a book of fables and stories written by men.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NKJV) – “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, [17] that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
All scripture is given by inspiration of God. …ALL! The word ‘inspiration’ means: “God-breathed.” Just as God breathed life into the clay He had formed Adam, we can speak the life-giving Word of God into those things over which the enemy has spoken death. Speak life into your marriage, your family, your health, and your finances!
Father, I thank You for Your Living Word! I’m glad for the power that it has to change my heart. It is my light in a dark world and hope during uncertain times. It guides me and I am so grateful!
Today, I’m worshiping with Hillsong and “Your Word.”

Greetings,
Don’t you miss attending the weekly services when you can’t be at church? Something really wonderful happens when we gather to worship God corporately. Notice what King David said about being in the House of God:
Psalm 84:1-2 (NKJV) – “How lovely is Your tabernacle, O LORD of hosts! [2] My soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of the LORD; My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.”
A great devotional life consists of two things: (1) developing a personal relationship with God in your daily prayer time, and (2) time spent in corporate worship with other believers.
Sometimes it is very difficult for Christians to assemble together: weather, sickness and other things can interfere. Hopefully those times cause us all to realize how important it is that we worship regularly with fellow believers. We should be more enthusiastic and excited about worshiping together than we are about just about anything else that we do. With all that we have been through, the value of corporate worship should be more clear to us now than ever.
Father, thank You for being with me, each and every day! Like David, I long for those times when I can come into Your House. I love to join with other believers as we worship You. You deserve my worship and praise!

Greetings,
What does it mean to abide in Christ? That’s an important question! One of the enormous benefits of abiding in Him, is the huge impact that it will have on our prayer lives. God promises to grant the requests of those who abide in Jesus.
John 15:7 (NKJV) – “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”
However, it doesn’t mean that just because we’re Christians, He has given us a blank check to ask for everything that our selfish hearts may yearn for. To abide in Christ means that our wants and desires should become like His. We must be devoted to putting those things first that matter most to Him.
Dear Jesus, instill a desire in my heart for the things that You care about most. Let me hunger for what You hunger for. I pray that Your desires will be accomplished in this world through me. Let me seek what You seek, love what You love, and hate what You hate. In Jesus Name. Amen!

Greetings,
It might sound like a strange commandment, but God has instructed us to love Him with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength. While this might seem like an unusual thing for God to insist on, it means that we can actually “set” our hearts to love God. However, Christ took what is called the greatest commandment a step further by commanding us to ‘love one another.’
John 13:34 (NKJV) – “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.”
As true believers, we shouldn’t ever be indifferent or apathetic toward others. That’s true regardless of who they are, what they believe, their financial status, their education, or politics. Christians must grow beyond the petty differences that divide us and love others as Jesus loved us. And remember this: He loved us while we were still sinners!
Heavenly Father, teach me to love others the way that You love me. Would You place the same kind of love in my heart that You have for all mankind? Help me learn to love the way You love!
